What People Are Saying

"Great service here! Server was attentive but not overbearing. He up-sold us on a great app and i didn't feel pushed into it. Burgers are great and washed down with a nice cold beer (Also, a great recommendation from the server). Nice first impression of Dillon when visiting.

#Service with a smile and the best French Onion soup around! Craft cocktails go down easy on a sunny Colorado day."

"The only restaurant in the area named after a thief and a murderer. This is really two types of restaurants in one. In the bar you can get great appetizers and burgers and sit inside or outside on their new larger deck. Or you can eat in the formal restaurant where fine steaks and other great entrees are on the menu. We have done both and it is all good. Great place to stop after an earlier event also. From the deck you can hear the concerts in the nearby amphitheater."

"We've been going to Pub Ryan's for many years and it is our favorite steak house. They are best known for their prime rib and we also like their wide range of choices microbrew beers brewed on-site. Their mud pie is fantastic. The ambiance is terrific and has an English pub feel. Curiously, it's French Dip offering is called an English Dip."
