What People Are Saying
"We chose Pug Ryan's based on travel advisors reviews. It did not disappoint. The only put off was the greeters at the front seemed like they'd rather be anywhere but there. Otherwise, our waiter Billy was the best! Between our table of 5, we had steak, crab filet, burgers, and fish and chips. Every bit of it was delicious. We'll definitely make this a stop on our next trip out."Megan S.
"We had already checked out Dillon Dam and the Frisco Brewpub, and this was the last and best. Good beer, good food, friendly service and a really nice vibe. We'll be back when we return to the area."Theakboy
"We got there what I would consider early (5 pm) and they were already busy. Waited about 20 minutes, but we enjoyed their Helles while we waited. Very good craft beer. Had a ribeye for dinner which was also very good. I think you can call ahead, if so I would recommend that since they get pretty busy, especially on a Saturday night after the lifts stop running."Joe M.
"We went to Pug Ryan's before a show at Lake Dillon Theatre because it's close and we've enjoyed ourselves there before. The happy hour is a great deal with 25% off appetizers and cheap draft beer. Cheap, really good beer. I had the Ahi tuna which was fantastic. I just finished eating some Ahi in Denver as I write this--made me go back and review Pug Ryan's, because Pug's was so much better. Perfectly seared, could barely see the sear line in the black and white sesame seeds. My wife had crab cakes which she loved and only reluctantly shared. My daughter had the soft pretzels which I mostly appropriated. Sorry honey. I bought her kid's spaghetti which she liked. We sat inside but they have two decks that look wonderful."Crabby-Travele
